This role is for weekend shifts, and then an additional weekday shift (3 days per week, though can increase during holidays), and offers a competitive hourly rate, generous commission, free flight time, staff discount structure, pension and more. Our Customer Service Receptionists are our ‘Directors of First Impressions’ and play a vital role in welcoming customers to our state-of-the-art leisure facilities. No prior skydiving experience (indoors or out) is needed and whilst some experience of customer facing work is an advantage, it is not a pre-requisite. iFLY will provide all the tools and training you need on the basis you bring some energy and a big smile! In short, the role involves ensuring that customers arrive and leave the iFLY facility feeling great!Working with us is fun & faced paced. Successful applicants will work every weekend following a rota which can include a variety of shift patterns including early mornings and late evenings.
The ideal candidate would be able to take on additional shifts during school holidays, so the role may be well suited for students. Finally, we expect all our team mates to keep our working environment respectful, lively, energetic and fun, because heading to work each day should be nothing but a good thing.
Successful candidates will start training immediately.
