We've powered down as of Thursday 5th November, across all our UK sites. If you're booked to fly during the forced closure between 5th Nov - 2nd Dec, we have issued email correspondence to you.  If you have not received this, please check your spam before contacting us on support@iFLYworld.co.uk. 

We will still have a limited team here to assist with your queries, but
this means we may not be able to respond as quickly as we'd like.

During the closure, our Customer Service Team will be operating as follows:

  • Monday 09:00 - 17:00
  • Tuesday: CLOSED
  • Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00
  • Thursday: CLOSED
  • Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday CLOSED
  • Sunday CLOSED
