Sales Co-ordinator

iFLY Indoor Skydiving, one of the world’s fastest growing and most exciting leisure companies, offers exciting opportunities for a talented, well organised and motivated Sales Co-ordinator.

Role Purpose: To procure & convert sales opportunities within the Corporate, Schools, Groups, Parties and Events categories in support of the tunnel sales target.

Duties & responsibilities

  • To manage all web-based, phone and in-person enquires for the aforementioned sales categories and to convert those enquiries into sales/bookings.
  • Proactive sales through attending networking and event opportunities, customer outreach activities and deliver customer re-engagement.
  • To support the delivery of iFLY experiences and products sold to corporate, schools and group categories.
  • To manage enquiries for using the tunnel for filming and to optimise income and PR from these opportunities.
  • Compile and submit monthly sales reports.
  • Work with National Account Manager to deliver sales strategy projects.
  • To evaluate local marketing opportunities and to support the execution on such opportunities.
  • Ensure sales data is correctly entered into CRM system.
  • Additional duties as required.

Personality, skills and experience:

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, outgoing, diligent, systematic and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail and desire to succeed.

A background in sales administration, use of a CRM system and experience within the leisure industry is preferred, but not essential. You will be self-motivated, a quick learner and able to use your initiative.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team working.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritise effectively.
