National Account Manager


iFLY Indoor Skydiving, one of the world’s fastest growing and most exciting leisure companies, is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented & innovative National Account Manager.

Successful applicants will be tireless, inventive, creative, proactive, diligent, systematic and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail and a desire to succeed.

They will ask ‘why’ over and over again and think of things that we have missed in the last 15 years of operation.  They will have a hunger for corporate, education, group and other B2B sales and be phased by no-one.  They will be systematic and welcome CRM. They will love National and Regional clients and love the Leisure sector.

This is a full-time role involving some travel, although will primarily be based at one of our existing locations; Milton Keynes, Manchester or Basingstoke.

Role Purpose

To develop our portfolio of third-party resellers & agency-partners and to establish new and incremental revenue channels, whilst leading a team of local B2B sales co-ordinators.

Duties & responsibilities

  • To manage and grow our existing portfolio of agency-partners and to establish new, incremental third-party sales channels
  • To formulate and execute profitable sales campaigns as part of our direct and partnership-based propositions
  • In conjunction with our local General Managers, to lead and manage our team of sales co-ordinators to the achievement of specific local B2B sales targets
  • To evaluate national sales & marketing opportunities and to support their execution at all levels.

Personality, skills and experience:

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, outgoing, diligent, systematic and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail and desire to succeed.

A background in National Account Management is required, as is use of a CRM system. Experience within the leisure industry is not essential.
